A folk-Victorian-style home in the Hyde Park Historic District was purchased with the intent of restoring it. The firm worked to carefully preserve the home's history and it's material integrity. Custom wood siding was created by a local saw mill to match the existing, and the style of the scalloped shingles was carried forward. A decorative interior door was recycled and used to replace the long lost entry door. The renovation featured a second-story addition and a complete remodeling of the first floor. Now the small cramped duplex has became a gracious family home.
